for Recycling Eye Glasses & Hearing Aids

Eyeglasses and hearing aids are collected throughout the year, located for your convenience, here, just outside 109 Cheese & Wine. The box is emptied monthly. There are also cardboard boxes at all eye doctor’s offices, Town Hall, Founders Hall, Fairfield County Bank, Parks and Rec, and RVNAhealth.

Thanks to all who recycle their eyeglasses and hearing aids. You are helping thousands of people in third world countries. We send the glasses to New Jersey where they are cleaned, read and packaged. Eye doctors here in the states go overseas with Lions where doctors examine the people and distribute the much-needed eyewear.
