Kathleen J. Kweskin

Kathleen Kweskin, originally Jaramillo, comes from an ancestral line of activists, healers and entrepreneurs in New Mexico. She is a loving mother of two children with a deep passion for the healing arts and a genuine desire to be a part of making the world a better place.


Kweskin is a licensed advanced massage therapist, registered Reiki Master Teacher, certified yoga instructor and herbal product designer with a deep commitment to helping others. She has additional certifications in myofascial release, myoskeletal alignment technique, all 3 levels of Reiki Usui Energy Healing, kinesiology taping, restorative yoga, aromatherapy, energy healing, and 4 levels of cupping therapy as well as holds a Summa Cum Laude double bachelor degree in International Studies and Psychology from the University of New Mexico. The focus of her degree was cultural studies and positive psychology. She mentored over 35 students as a university teaching assistant and co-founded the Happiness and Positive Psychology initiative in New Mexico.

Shortly after, Kweskin pursued extensive training in South America and Southeast Asia for over a year, studying community outreach, yoga, meditation, ritual healing, sound therapy, neurolinguistic programming, herbalism, crystal healing and shamanic practices. After building a robust practice in Seattle and Connecticut and managing two spa-type locations, Kweskin opened Grow Wellness in Ridgefield, CT as well as started a product line of herbal remedies called The Herbal Bar. In 2026, Kathleen completed her Grow Wellness era to begin Turquoise Massage and Healing in the heart of Ridgefield, CT. She is now a public speaker, maintains an active practice with clientele and students, and teaches in rehabilitation centers across Connecticut. Recently titled the "Wellness Expert" at i95 Rock Radio, Kweskin has been featured in publications such as The Ridgefield Press, Patch, Newstimes, City Lifestyle Magazine, Hamlet Hub, ROAR, and more!
